As one is aged, the skin gets to lose elasticity so eyelids droop and under-eye fat gets swollen and droops like baggy bags. The surgery performed on eyelid creases, crow’s feet, or under-eye wrinkles is called “blepharoplasty” and it is performed most to remove wrinkles.
